Reservation:

Hotel Room reservations may be done through various channels. Prices and reservation terms may be set differently, but in general, Standard means that the paid fee is refundable up until the 5th day before Arrival, Non-refundable means that the room price is payable upon reservation and will not be refunded even in case of cancellation.

 

The Secret Hotel Kft. and the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto
and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.

The guest is liable to keep the equipment and the condition of the room as it is on arrival. Any damage to the equipment is their responsibility.
The guest is personally liable for all costs and charges incurred if any such costs and charges are not paid in full, and confirms that the responsibility and liability in that regard are not waived or released in any way.
The guest consents to the usage of personal information solely for administrative purposes. The hotel guarantees not to disclose information to third parties other than affiliated companies.

Check-in process and check out:

 

The guest has to provide a valid Credit Card data or a 200 EUR cash deposit in order to secure future payments or damages.

All guests at check-in have to sign the Check-in form, consenting to follow all hotel policies on the hotel grounds.

The check-out is until 11 AM.

At check out Guests are liable to pay for any consumption or extra services ordered from the Hotel.

Other Hotel Policies
- Non-Smoking Area: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all guest bedrooms and throughout the hotel building. In case of a misdemeanour, the hotel reserves the right to charge an extra 200 EUR for the cleaning costs.
- Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the allocated room during their stay. If the damage was not admitted at the time of the checkout, the hotel reserves the right to charge for compensation.
- Mini-bar: The guest is liable for mini-bar consumption during their stay, as well as for consumed items that have not been reported to the reception at check-out time. In case of deficiency, the hotel will charge the guest’s credit card.
- Disturbing Other Guests: All are responsible for respecting the rest of the other guests. This means that being loud and playing loud music after 10 pm is forbidden. If it does happen, the hotel will charge 500 EUR as compensation to the other guests.
- Guests are kindly requested to maintain polite and respectful behavior towards fellow guests and all hotel staff at all times.
